New York School District Administrative Professional Regis Foster
Port Jervis, New York resident Regis Foster is a highly qualified educator who most recently served with Port Jervis High School. Regis Foster holds New York permanent education certifications as a school district administrator, special education teacher, and social studies teacher. He maintains membership with New York State United Teachers, the American Federation of Teachers, and the National Education Association.
Over the course of two decades, Regis Foster held multiple roles at Port Jervis High School, including special education and social studies teacher. In these roles, he supported students with unique learning requirements and oversaw program and testing modifications to meet their needs. Serving as a case manager, he crafted and supervised individual education plans (IEPs) for 18 special education students annually. He also fostered effective communication with general education teachers to coordinate optimal learning programs.
Mr. Foster served as an elementary summer school principal from 2021 to 2022 and as a secondary summer school principal from 2007 to 2009.
